Rinse &amp; drain. Rinse &amp; drain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a dutch oven, over med-high heat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>2 c cider vinegar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>2 c sugar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1 1\/2 c water<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1 Tbsp yellow mustard seeds<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1\/2 tsp celery seed<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>3\/4 tsp tumeric<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1\/4 tsp ground cloves<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bring to a boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return to a boil, then immediately remove from heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use a slotted spoon to fill jars with pickles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour hot brine over pickles, making sure to evenly distribute spices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let cool completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover &amp; refrigerate for 2 days before eating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pickles can be refrigerated for up to 2
