Use a round cutter.<\/p>\n<p>Cream Filling:<\/p>\n<p>Whip until light and fluffy:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 c heavy cream<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fold in:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Hershey bar, grated<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3 lb ricotta<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 c sugar<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>NOTES:<\/p>\n<p>I had a hard time making these. I added about an extra cup of flour. -Stephanie<\/p>\n<p>Compare to Lena&#8217;s recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<p>LENA&#8217;S RECIPE<\/p>\n<p>Shells:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2 c flour*<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>* Start with 1 1\/2 c.
