Cream:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 c butter<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/4 c crisco<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 c sugar<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 c brown sugar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 egg<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 tsp vanilla<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Tbsp milk<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp red food coloring<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 1\/2 c flour<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Tbsp cocoa<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp baking soda<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/4 tsp salt<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roll into walnut sized balls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place on a cookie sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake @ 375 for 10-11 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let set 2 minutes before moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cool completely before frosting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frost with Cookie Frosting<\/a> or coat with white chocolate<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top with sprinkles<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Makes 40 cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
