radishes<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Grate all but one radish.<\/p>\n<p>Drain in sieve for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Squeeze out excess liquid with hands OR wring out in paper towels (do not use cloth towels, as radish liquid stains).<\/p>\n<p>When radishes are as dry as possible, combine with:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>8 oz cream cheese, room temp<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped fine<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped fine<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (or to taste)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>a bit of kosher salt<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u200b<\/strong><\/em>To serve:<\/p>\n<p>Spread mixture on&nbsp;<strong><em>toasted cocktail breads<\/em><\/strong>, cut on diagonal, crusts removed OR use&nbsp;<em><strong>crackers<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Thinly slice reserved radish for garnish.<\/p>\n<p>Stand a slice atop each toast.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with a touch of&nbsp;<em><strong>coarse kosher salt.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>NOTE:<\/p>\n<p>You can make the spread ahead of time.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
