Mix together in a bowl:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 Tbsp soy sauce<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 Tbsp honey<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp garlic powder<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\/2 tsp salt<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

few shakes pepper<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cut 2 large chicken breasts<\/em><\/strong> into strips, 3-4 pieces per breast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add chicken to marinade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marinate 15 minutes – a few hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place chicken in a single layer in an air fryer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook at 360, 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While chicken in cooking, make sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a small pot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 Tbsp soy sauce<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Tbsp honey<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Tbsp water<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Tbsp butter<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp garlic powder<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 tsp cornstarch<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over med-low heat, whisk together until butter is melted and everything is incorporated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cook 3 more minutes. It will be very thin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When chicken is done cooking, cut into bite size pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add chicken to sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serve chicken over rice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
