{"id":9224,"date":"2026-05-20T12:21:50","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T12:21:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/familyrecipesandmore.com\/wordpress\/?p=9224"},"modified":"2026-05-30T15:34:30","modified_gmt":"2026-05-30T15:34:30","slug":"cranberry-raspberry-pie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/familyrecipesandmore.com\/wordpress\/cranberry-raspberry-pie\/","title":{"rendered":"Cranberry Raspberry Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From the kitchen of Jennette Little<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chop\/ coarsely grind:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>2 c cranberries<\/em><\/strong>, fresh or frozen (thawed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>10 oz frozen red raspberries<\/em><\/strong>, thawed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>1 1\/2 c sugar<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>2 Tbsp quick cooking Tapioca<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>1\/4 tsp almond extract<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>1\/4 tsp salt<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix together. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make Almond Pie Crust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/familyrecipesandmore.com\/wordpress\/almond-pie-crust\/\">Almond Pie Crust Recipe<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour filling into pie dish lined with Almond Pie Crust*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*Do not use all the dough. Save some for the top of the pie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cut <em><strong>1 Tbsp butter<\/strong><\/em> into little pieces and dot over filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use remaining pie dough to make a lattice top for the pie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake @ 425, 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350, 40  minutes or until golden.
