Broccoli Cashew Salad

From the kitchen of Lennie Litts

Dressing:

1 c Hellman’s mayo

1/2 c sugar

2 Tbsp cider vinegar

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp paprika

Blend in blender until creamy smooth.

Salad:

2 bunches broccoli, cut into floret size

1 c red onion, sliced

1 c dried cranberries or raisins

1 c fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 can mandarin oranges, drained

1/2 c broken cashews

1 c cooked crumbled bacon

Pour dressing on just before serving.

Makes 10-12 servings. May be halved.
