In stainless frying pan:
10 pieces of chicken
Just pick up from water, let drip a little.
Add:
3 Tbsp oil
big piece of garlic
some green pepper
onion, cut up
oregano
salt & pepper
Let cook slowly, about 20 minutes.
Take out garlic & green pepper.
Add:
2 (1 lb each) cans tomatoes
Let cook slowly about 45 minutes more
