Bake 1 batch of favorite brownies in a greased & floured 13×9 pan.
Cream:
1/2 c butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/4 c sugar
Beat in:
3 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Gradually add:
1 c flour
Stir in:
1 c chocolate chips
Be gentle spreading!! The dough sticks to & lifts up brownie crumbs.
Drop dough by spoonfuls over cooled brownies.
Carefully spread to cover.
Store in refrigerator.
NOTE
- cookie dough layer is NOT baked
