Grilled Veggies

Slice your favorite veggies, such as:

zucchini

yellow squash

asparagus

red, green, yellow peppers

onions

cherry tomatoes

carrots

​mushrooms

Toss to coat with olive oil.

Generously season with:

salt

pepper

garlic powder, very generous

Toss to evenly coat.

Grill in a grill pan or on aluminum foil.

NOTES

When LJ suggested I add carrots to the mix I was doubtful, but I’m so glad I took his advice. These are a great addition to any cookout.
