Pesto Chicken

From the kitchen of Marlene Knewasser

Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.

Place in dish:

1 lb chicken tenders or chicken, sliced thin

Spread over chicken:

3.5 oz basil pesto

Place:

3 roma tomatoes, sliced on top

Season with salt & pepper

Place on top:

8 oz fresh mozarella, sliced

Season with:

Italian seasoning

parmesan cheese

Bake @ 375, 40 minutes.
