
From the kitchen of Luisa Fortunati
Chop 80 g strawberries (about 1/2 – 2/3 c) into small pieces and blend them.
Whip 200 ml (about 5/6 c) of whipping cream.
Fold the strawberries and whipped cream together.
Add a few chocolate chips.
Sandwich 2 Pavesini Biscuits with Cocoa* together with the strawberry whip cream.
Dust with confectioner sugar.
*Ladyfingers can be used as a substitue for the Pavesini Biscuits.
Makes 20.
NOTES:
- Pavesini Biscuits are common in Italy, where Luisa lives, but not in NY. They can be purchased online at specialty shops.
