Broccoli Casserole

From the kitchen of Kay Putano

Broccoli, 2-3 20 oz bags

Velveta, 8 oz

Butter, 2 sticks

Ritz crackers, 1 sleeve, crushed

Put broccoli in boiling water, let set for a few minutes.

Drain.

Melt 1 stick butter & velveta together.

Put broccoli in casserole dish, toss with cheese.

Melt other stick butter & mix with crackers.

Sprinkle on top.

Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
