Tossed Salad

Salad:

Romaine Field Green Mix, optional

Cheddar Cheese, Mont. Jack good too

1 Apple, chopped

1 Pear, chopped

Dried Cranberries OR Grapes Chopped

Cashews

Crumbled Bacon

POPPY SEED DRESSING

Place in a blender:

2 Tbsp Onion, finely chopped

1/2 c Sugar

1/3 c Apple Cider or Red Wine Vinegar

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Salt

2/3 c Vegetable Oil

2-3 tsp Poppy Seeds

Blend.

Store in refrigerator.

Use dressing within a week.
