Cut chicken breasts into cubes.
Cover chicken with Spiedie Marinade. I like Lupo’s Classic.
Cover & refrigerate 24 – 48 hours.
Skewer chicken.*
*UPDATE: Instead of skewering, I just dump the cubed chicken in. Make sure it’s single layer.
Preheat air fryer.
Place chicken in air fryer, single layer.
Drizzle some marinade over chicken.
Discard remaining marinade.
Bake @ 360, 8 min for skewered, 10 minutes for un-skewered.
Flip.
Bake @ 360, 8 min for skewered, 10 minutes for un-skewered.
Place cooked spiedies in serving dish.
Drizzle cooked marinade from bottom of fryer over the chicken to keep it moist.
Serve on hot dog rolls or slices of Italian bread.
NOTES
- The chicken button on my air fryer is 360, 20 minutes.
- Larger pieces may take a little longer, smaller may cook in less time.
