Cut chicken breasts into cubes.
Cover chicken with Spiedie Marinade. I like Lupo’s Classic.
Cover & refrigerate 24 – 48 hours.
Skewer chicken.
Preheat air fryer.
Place skewered chicken in air fryer; don’t crowd.
Drizzle a little marinade over chicken.
Discard remaining marinade.
Bake @ 360, 8 minutes.
Flip.
Bake @ 360, 8 minutes.
Larger pieces may take longer.
Place cooked spiedies in serving dish.
Drizzle cooked marinade from bottom of fryer over the chicken to keep it moist.
Serve on rolls or slices of Italian bread.
