Apricot Chicken- Lennie’s

From the kitchen of Lennie Litts

In a 9×12 dish:

4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

In a bowl combine:

8 oz apricot preserves

1 package dry onion soup mix (1.25 oz)

8 oz bottle Russian or Thousand Island Dressing

Spoon over chicken.

Bake @ 350, covered, for 45 minutes.

Uncovered, for 15 minutes.

May assemble & marinate overnight.
