
From the kitchen of Diomira Putano
Separate cauliflower into small florets.
Boil, uncovered in:
1 1/2 qt water
1 1/2 tsp salt
little lemon juice (this will keep it white)
Boil for 10 minutes.
Beat:
1 egg
Add:
1/4 c milk
1/2 c flour
salt & pepper
1 tsp lemon flavor
1/2 tsp baking powder
Beat all up good.
Dip in flour mixture then fry in hot oil.
