Chicken/ Turkey/ Veal with Peppers & Onions

About 1 lb of chicken, turkey or veal.

Let that cook in stainless frying pan- just pick up from water- 4 pieces of garlic in center.

Let cook slowly about 15 minutes for chicken & turkey, 1/2 hr for veal.

Then take out garlic.

Add:

4 1/2 c peppers

1 c onions

Just drain & that water is enough.

Don’t add any more water.

Cook 1/2 hr slowly.

Then add 2 cans tomato, just mash up.

Cook 1/2 hour more.

NOTES

  • Peas can be used instead of peppers.
