Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

From the kitchen of AnnMarie Barkwell

Beat:

2 eggs

Add:

1 c oil

1 c milk

1 tsp vanilla

Add:

3 c flour

1 c sugar

2 Tbsp baking powder

1/2 c cocoa

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Add:

1 c chocolate chips

Optional:

1 c walnuts, chopped

Bake @ 375, 10-12 minutes.

Cool completely.

Frost with confectioner sugar & water icing.

Top with chocolate jimmies.

NOTES

  • I add 3 Tbsp extra flour because I like the cookies to be more ball shaped than flat. -Stephanie
  • They expand quite a bit. Left: unbaked. Right: baked.
