
From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser
Cream:
1 c butter
2 c sugar
Add:
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 tsp real or 1 Tbsp imitation vanilla
Add:
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
5 c flour
2 Tbsp cornstarch
Chill dough for at least an hour.
Scoop or roll dough into balls.
Roll dough balls in flour.
Flatten a bit.
Bake @ 350 on a silicone baking mat
10 minutes or until edges begin to color.
Pipe or spread cookie frosting on top.
