General Tso’s Chicken

From the kitchen of Don Burcin

Cut into 1″ cubes:

4 boneless chicken breasts

Put chicken in a bowl.

Sprinkle with cornstarch until completely coated.

Put in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

In a bowl, beat:

2 eggs

Add:

1/2 c white wine

Pour over chicken.

Gently stir.

Use a deep fryer or a deep skillet.

Add a good amount of oil.

Cook chicken until golden, turning often.

When all the chicken is cooked, put in a large skillet and add one bottle of General Tso’s Sauce.

Simmer for about 10 minutes.
