
From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser
Mix together in a bowl:
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
few shakes pepper
Cut 2 large chicken breasts into strips, 3-4 pieces per breast.
Add chicken to marinade.
Marinate 15 minutes – a few hours.
Place chicken in a single layer in an air fryer.
Cook at 360, 20 minutes.
While chicken in cooking, make sauce.
In a small pot:
5 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cornstarch
Over med-low heat, whisk together until butter is melted and everything is incorporated.
Cook 3 more minutes. It will be very thin.
When chicken is done cooking, cut into bite size pieces.
Add chicken to sauce.
Serve chicken over rice.
