From the kitchen of Carla Wilson
Peel & grate:
at least 8 potatoes
Scald:
1 1/2 c milk
Pour scalded milk over potatoes
Cut up:
1 large onion
Sauté in:
1 stick margarine
Cook until transparent.
Beat:
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
Add:
2-3 Tbsp flour OR oatmeal (I prefer oatmeal)
Mix all together.
Put in a greased 9×13 cake pan.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until slightly brown.
Cut into squares.
Serve with sour cream.
