Peach Muffins

Mix:

1 egg

1/4 c oil

1 c milk

3 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 c sugar

2 c flour

Mix just until combined.

Add:

1 c peaches, fresh or canned, chopped

Put batter in lined muffin tins.

Bake @ 400, 15 minutes or until golden.

Makes 16 muffins
