Orange Bread

From the kitchen of Kay Putano

Mix:

4 c flour

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp baking soda

2 c sugar

Add:

rind of whole orange, grated

2 eggs, beaten

1 c oil

2 c milk

Stir until well mixed.

Put in 2 well greased loaf pans.

Bake @ 325* 40 – 50 minutes

* Reduce temperature to 300 for glass pans.
