Vodka Sauce

From the kitchen of Renee Wilson

Simmer:

1 stick butter

minced garlic, 1-2 cloves

Add:

1 large can crushed tomatoes

Add:

3/4 to 1 c vodka

crushed red pepper flakes to taste

Stir in:

1 small container heavy cream

Cream until a light orange color.

Add to your liking, 1 Tbsp at a time: Romano cheese

Simmer on low for approx. 45 min, stirring occasionally.

Add 10 minutes before serving:

1/4 lb prosciutto cut into strips approx 1/2″ wide.

Serve over penne or whatever pasta you prefer.
