
From the kitchen of Joyce Lohman
Mix:
2 lbs ground turkey
2 eggs
1 c bread crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tsp mustard
salt & pepper to taste
Shape into 10 meatballs.
Set aside.
Put in a pot:
1 can jellied cranberry sauce (16 oz)
Mash the cranberry sauce.
Add:
1 bottle Heinz chili sauce (12 oz)
Fill the chili bottle with water & add to pot.
Stir well.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Add meatballs.
Cover & cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
This is great served over rice.
