For marinade:
1 egg (beat)
2 c oil
1 c vinegar
3 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp oregano
Reserve a little marinade for brushing on chicken while grilling. Let chicken marinate overnight.
Frequently brush reserved marinade on chicken while grilling.
