Roasted Pork Loin

From the kitchen of Jilda Putano

Season:

boneless or bone in pork loin roast on all sides with:

salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

fresh garlic OR garlic powder, to taste

In a roasting pan, add:

oil– enough to cover bottom of pan

Place seasoned roast in pan.

Bake covered @ 350, 15-20 min per lb.

Roast should make it’s own juice, if not, add about 1/4 c water, so you can baste roast & pan won’t burn.

About the last hour add:

white wine– about 1/2 c

Remove cover to brown.

Gravy can be made with stock.

You can add:

white &/ or sweet potatoes to roasting pan.

Season & cook until tender.
