Cook angel hair pasta according to directions. Drain.
In a pan, over low heat:
oil (olive or canola)
crushed garlic
Stir over low heat for a couple minutes.
Careful not to brown garlic.
Add:
cooked angel hair pasta
Toss to coat.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with:
romano cheese
parsley
salt & pepper
NOTES: I use 2 garlic cloves to 1/2 pound pasta
