Asparagus with Balsamic Butter

From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser

Toss asparagus with olive oil (just enough to lightly coat)

Season with salt & pepper.

Put on a cookie sheet/ baking pan.

Bake @ 400, 12 minutes or until easily pierced with fork.

Meanwhile, over medium heat, melt:

2 Tbsp butter

Remove from heat.

Stir in:

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp soy sauce

Drizzle over asparagus & serve.
