1 can whole beets

2-4 tsp cider vinegar

salt & pepper

Thinly slice beets.

Toss with cider vinegar.

Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.

Refrigerate leftovers.

Eat cold or at room temperature.

NOTES:

  • We grew up eating these easy beets with pasta and chicken cutlets.
