From the kitchen of Kate Bencker

In a bowl, mash with a fork:

2 ripe bananas

Stir in:

1 c quick cooking oatmeal

Add:

1/4 c chocolate chips

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased sheet or silicone baking mat.

Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes.

NOTES:

  • These things are so good! I can’t stop eating them. My family was not too crazy about them, but I can not stop eating them. Try them. They’re simple! – Kate
