Make the coleslaw the night before, as it tastes better when it has time to let the flavors develop.

COLESLAW:

1 bag shredded cabbage & carrot

1 red onion, chopped

1/2 c mayo

2-3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 – 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 – 1 tsp celery seed or celery salt

sprinkle of pepper

2 Tbsp sugar

Cut boneless chicken into slider size pieces.

Marinade chicken in your favorite bbq sauce for 1 hour.

Grill chicken.

Layer:

Brioche slider roll

grilled bbq chicken

coleslaw

drizzle bbq sauce

NOTES

  • I like Wegmans brioche slider rolls & Wegmans precut slaw.
