
From the kitchen of Erica Buttacavoli
Beat together until creamy:
3/4 c butter
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
Add:
1 egg
1 egg YOLK
1 Tbsp vanilla
Add:
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 c flour
Mix until a dough forms.
Stir in:
1 c pretzels, crushed
1/2 c caramel bits
3/4 c white chocolate chips
Cover & chill dough for 1 hour.
Put balls of dough on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
Bake @ 350, 8-10 minutes.
NOTES:
- This recipe is from my best friend, Sam.
- It’s important to use parchment or a baking mat to keep the caramel from sticking to the cookie sheet.
