Chicken Chili

This can be made in the microwave or crockpot.

Microwave

Combine in a 2.5 qt glass casserole dish:

3 c cooked chicken, shredded (about 2 breasts)

2 cans stewed tomatoes, undrained (16 oz each)

1 c chicken broth

1 can Mexican style chili beans (15.5 oz)

2 Tbsp chili powder

1 tsp sugar

3/4 tsp cumin

Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Microwave 6-8 minutes, stirring twice.

Serve with:

Fritos

cheese

onions

Crockpot

Combine in 3 qt crock pot and cook on low 4 hours or until warm, stirring occasionally.
