Fish with Sauce

From the kitchen of Diomira Putano

In a frying pan:

4 Tbsp oil

garlic

Brown garlic, take out.

Add:

1 lb fish– haddock, flounder, halibut, turbot, pollack, hocki, sole

onions, cut up

salt & pepper

Let cook about 10 minutes on low.

Shake pan, so it won’t stick.

Add:

14 1/2 oz can tomato, strained

basil

parsley

Add some water to rinse out can.

Cook about 40 minutes, not too high.
