Frankfurters & Potatoes

Potato Salad Layer:

Combine:

6 c cooked potatoes, thinly sliced

2 1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/2 c salad or olive oil

1/4 c vinegar

Set aside.

Frankfurter Layer:

Cook for 5 minutes:

1/4 c onions, sliced

6 frankfurters

Set aside.

In a 2 quart covered casserole dish:

2 1/2 c string beans, canned

Alternately layer potato salad and frankfurters.

Bake @ 400, 35-40 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
