In bread machine:
3/4 c + 2 Tbsp milk
1 egg
6 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1 c wheat flour
2 c bread flour
1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
Use dough cycle.
Flatten dough into a square.
Cut into a 4×4 grid, creating 16 equal portions.
Roll into balls, or shape as desired.
Place on a lightly floured pan or baking stone.
Raise* 20 minutes.
*Place oven proof dish of water in bottom of oven.
Set oven at lowest temp.
Put rolls in oven to raise.
Bake @ 350, 10-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
I bake the rolls with the water pan in the oven.
They freeze great, just tossed in a freezer bag.
