Easy Ice Cream

Put in ice cream maker:

3 c milk product(s)

3/4 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Process until thick, about 25 minutes.

NOTES

  • This recipe came with my ice cream maker. It’s so easy. There’s no cooking & it’s ready in 25 minutes. I usually use 2 c milk and 1 c half n half. Obviously, the fatter the milk product the creamier. The heavy cream just feels oily on the roof of my mouth, so I don’t like to use it. -Kate
