From the kitchen of Lisa Knewasser
Melt:
1 stick margarine
Crush:
32 Oreos
Mix Oreos & margarine.
Pat in bottom of a 13×9 pan.
Let cool.
1st Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c confectioner sugar
8 oz Cool Whip
Blend together & spread over cookie crust.
2nd Layer:
small vanilla instant pudding
small choc. instant pudding
3 c milk
Mix together & spread over 1st layer.
3rd Layer:
8 oz Cool Whip
Spread over 2nd layer.
Top with remaining Oreo cookies, crushed.
NOTES
- If you have a food processor, use it to crush the Oreos.
- For the kids, we call it Dirt Cake and top it with gummy worms.
