Melt:
1/2 c margarine
Set aside.
Combine:
2 c bread crumbs
3/4 c parmesan
1/4 tsp parsley
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
Dip chicken in melted margarine, then coat in crumbs.
Place chicken in baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
NOTES
- I like adding cornmeal for added crispiness and omitting the parmesan. It’s done in about 45 minutes for me. I recommend using a thermometer and checking early to avoid over cooking. – Stephanie
