Spinach Feta Pasta

Cook 1 c pasta, according to directions.

Meanwhile, cook 1 box frozen spinach, according to directions.

While pasta & spinach are cooking, chop:

3 plum tomatoes

3 green onions

Combine everything.

Drizzle with 1/2- 1 Tbsp olive oil.

Toss.

Crumble 1-2 oz feta over top.

Generously season with salt & pepper.

The salt & pepper make a big impact in this dish, don’t skimp.
