From the kitchen of Brian Barkwell
7-8 radishes, sliced
3 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 medium rutabaga, diced
2 medium sunchokes, diced
1 big celery root, diced
1/4 tsp cumin
1 c seasoned grilled chicken, diced
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
water or broth
Simmer for 1/2 hour
