From the kitchen of Stephanie Knewasser
Cut into cubes:
3 lb chicken
In a small container combine:
1/3 c flour
1/3 c cornstarch
Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Add enough oil to keep chicken from sticking.
Cook chicken thoroughly.
When all the chicken is cooked, drain oil.
Return chicken to the pan and generously coat with Panda Express Orange Sauce.
Who sell’s Panda Express Sauce? Panda Express, Target, Wal-mart, Publix, Weis (NY)….
I use about 3/4 of the bottle.
If you think it’s a bit strong, just add a little water.
Warm through.
Serve over 3- 4 c white or jasmine rice.
