Buy a good quality salmon.

Put it on a large piece of foil.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Use a basting brush to coat.

Generously cover with Wegmans cracked pepper seasoning.

Rub a thin layer of brown sugar all over the top of the salmon.

If prepping for a party, you can cover & refrigerate for a few hours until you are ready to grill.

If you refrigerate the fish, let it rest on counter 10-15 minutes before grilling to get the chill out.

Heat grill to 450/500.

Place seasoned salmon and foil on grill.

Reduce heat to around 375.

When salmon reaches 145, turn the grill back up to 450/500.

Flip salmon over & grill another 4 minutes or so.
