Buy a good quality salmon.
Put it on a large piece of foil.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Use a basting brush to coat.
Generously cover with Wegmans cracked pepper seasoning.
Rub a thin layer of brown sugar all over the top of the salmon.
If prepping for a party, you can cover & refrigerate for a few hours until you are ready to grill.
If you refrigerate the fish, let it rest on counter 10-15 minutes before grilling to get the chill out.
Grilling:
Heat grill to 450/500.
Place seasoned salmon and foil on grill.
Reduce heat to around 375.
When salmon reaches 145, turn the grill back up to 450/500.
Flip salmon over & grill another 4 minutes or so.
