olive oil, enough to coat
minced garlic (about 1/4 tsp for each piece of fish)
Turn to coat fish.
Generously sprinkle with:
1/4 tsp basil per piece of fish
1/4 tsp parsley per piece of fish
salt & pepper
Cover pan with foil.
Bake @ 450 until fish flakes easily.
Time depends on the size of fish and whether it’s frozen or thawed.
The frozen flounder takes about 20 minutes.
Squeeze lemon juice over fish and serve.
