Beat:
2 eggs
Add:
1 c sugar
1/2 c oil
Add:
1 c grated pears
Add:
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 c yogurt or sour milk
1 tsp vanilla
Bake @ 350
1 large loaf: 1 hour
2 small loaves: 35 – 40 minutes
