Cranberry Bread

From the kitchen of Carla Wilson

1 1/2 c cranberries

2 c flour

1 c sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 Tbsp shortening or margarine

3/4 c orange juice

1 egg

Grease & flour a 9x5x3 pan.

Bake @ 350 for 60 minutes.
