Pork Chops with Cranberry Stuffing

Grease a casserole dish.

Set aside.

Wipe with a paper towel:

6 pork chops, 1″ thick, butterfly cut

Cut off excess fat.

Set aside.

In a large pan, brown on medium heat:

1 lb pork sausage

When cooked through, remove excess grease.

Add:

8 oz package herb stuffing mix

1 can whole cranberry sauce

1 medium apple, chopped

Mix well.

Fill each pork chop with stuffing.

Place remaining stuffing in the greased casserole dish.

In a pan over medium heat, brown the stuffed pork chops on both sides.

Place browned pork chops on top of stuffing in casserole dish.

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
